NEIGHBOURHOOD policing officers visited local shopping centres over the Easter holidays to offer security advice.
Mini crime prevention clinics were also held at the centres, which included ASDA in Downpatrick.
Officers aimed to heighten awareness of both personal and home safety and to provide information to the public on issues including personal and child safety, home and caravan security.
They also spoke about the dangers of over indulgence of alcohol over the Easter period particularly in context of drinking and driving.
Mark Kent from Down District Policing and Community Safety Partnership was also in attendance.
