Mourne Stars Speech and Stars students excel during exams

PUPILS at Mourne Stars Speech and Drama in Newcastle are celebrating after tremendous success in their recent speech and drama exams held just before Christmas.

The pupils performed various pieces for the examiner such as poetry, recitations, novel extracts and acting pieces (monologues).

The examiner was very impressed, judging by her comments and high scores for each of the pupils. Congratulations are due to each and every one of the pupils who worked very hard last term.

As the pupils progress through the grades they can use the success for their CV, improve their interview and presentation skills and eventually the graded examinations can be used for UCAS points towards university entry.
