Legamaddy fund benefits from big day out at Bright

THERE was a magnificent turn-out at Bright Castle Golf Club in aid of the St Patrick’s Church, Legamaddy, 150 Years On Fund.

A total of 76 golfers hit the sunny fairways at exactly the same time for a fantastic day out.

In the team competition the winners were Paul Hanna, Joe McLeigh, Paul Rogan and Eugene Quinn.

The runners-up were Fintan O’Connor, Garvan O’Connor, Kevin O’Connor and Niall Miskelly.

Sharon Heaney won the ladies’ competition and the runner-up was Pauline Murnin.

In the men’s competition Eugene Quinn took the honours from runner-up Fintan O’Connor.
