Firm’s buttery success on TV

CELEBRATED Dromara butter- makers Will and Alison Abernethy will feature in a new UTV programme on Sunday.

Hand made Abernethy Butter is proving very popular with some of the top chefs in the UK, including Heston Blumenthal and Marcus Waring and it is also stocked at the Queen’s grocers, Fortnum and Mason.

Presenter Sarah Travers will be trying her hand at using traditional butter-making techniques, and discovering that it’s not as easy as it looks.

The Magazine will be broadcast on Sunday, at 7.30pm.
