All Shook Up with Elvis musical spectacular

ST Patrick’s Choral Society welcomed Elvis back to the building last week.

After four years, the society returned to their home theatre, the Downshire Great Hall, for their production of All Shook Up which took place from Wednesday through to Saturday.

Featuring the music of Elvis Presley, audiences were treated to four well attended performances and were left singing along to familiar tunes such as Teddy Bear, Hound Dog, Can’t Help Falling in Love and All Shook Up.

The society would like to offer their thanks and appreciation to the community of Downpatrick for their support with the production as well as all of those who advocated for the return to the Great Hall.

The society’s next production will be Me and My Girl in March 2024. Rehearsals will be starting very soon so contact stpatrickschoral@gmail.com if you are interested in taking part.
