The Down Recorder has a vacancy for a senior journalist.

We are seeking an experienced reporter with an industry recognised qualification to add to our editorial team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to cover courts, council meetings, local news and features without supervision. An interest and familiarity in social media usage would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence and will be willing to work flexible hours.
