Police still concerned over missing woman

POLICE remain concerned for the wellbeing of a 47 year-old Killyleagh woman, who has been missing for over a week.

Rosemary Blackwood was last seen in the Downpatrick area at around 11am on Monday, May 6.

She is described as being of average build, approximately 5’7” in height, has short brown hair and wears glasses. 

Police believe she may have travelled to the Bundoran area of Co Donegal and may be travelling in a white Renault Kangoo van.

She is also believed to have her dogs with her — a chihuahua and an Australian collie.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for Rosemary to make contact with police or if anyone knows of Rosemary’s whereabouts please contact police at Downpatrick on 101.”
