Top photographer judges Ballynahinch club pictures

THE splendours of Seaforde demesne in the autumn were in full display at last week’s meeting of Ballynahinch Camera and Digital Imaging Club.

Club members spent time in the estate in October and unveiled their images during the most recent club meeting.

The second part of the evening was hosted by award-winning professional photographer, Stanley Matchett. Stanley, and his wife Maureen, host photography weekends in Dunfanaghy and many of the club members had been on one of the trips in May.

They entered images from the weekend in a competition judged by Stanley and Maureen.

He commented on all the images and then winners were announced as Lawrence Perkins, who won a weekend for two in Arnold’s Hotel, Dunfanaghy, and Frances Price, who won dinner for two at the hotel.
