THERE was a good turnout of competitors at the recent 43rd annual ploughing match, organised by County Down Traction Engine Club, which was held on the lands of David Bryce at Killinchy Road, Comber.

The judges were Hugh Hogg, William Hogg, Tom McCracken, Brian McNally, David Percy and John Sloan.

The club expressed thanks to Mr David Bryce for the use of the lands, the judges, competitors and everyone who helped in anyway to make the 43rd match such a success.
