Poor Saintfield planning

SIR, — On Thursday night the Saintfield Christmas fayre will take place, a popular event for local families.

Unfortunately due to terrible forward planning the Christmas production at Academy Primary School will take place on Thursday evening. So many children will be unable to attend the fayre because of their commitments at the school event which will be enormously disappointing.
