Mr. Joe Rogan

DOWNPATRICK man Joe Rogan passed away at the Ulster Hospital on June 23.

Mr. Rogan, of Ballylucas Road, was 66.

He was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather and is survived by his wife Anne, sons Barry, Joseph, Paul, David and Liam, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and siblings.

He was a loving, compassionate, caring and generous person with a great sense of humour.

A hodsman by trade, Mr. Rogan loved life and travelling and enjoyed many hobbies including golf, darts and country music.

He was held in high esteem by all who had the privilege to know him and he will be greatly missed.

His popularity was reflected in the large attendance at his funeral, which was held at St. Patrick’s Church, Legamaddy, on June 25. Fr. Derek Kearney officiated at the funeral mass.
