Fun run success in town

SIR, — I would like to congratulate everyone involved in last Saturday’s festivities and fun run in Saintfield.

The organisers did a tremendous job and thankfully the weather stayed dry for what was a great day for everyone who took part.

Hats off to Lawrence Murphy and his organising team. It is events like these which build community spirit.
