A bird’s eye view of the beauty around us

WE may often take for granted the stunning scenery on our doorstep but, with the help of Up and Above Aerial Media, we are reminded of the beauty that surrounds us.

This week and next week we will be running a series of highly impressive bird’s eye view images of various towns and villages across the district.

Renowned for its picturesque quality, the district is blessed with an abundance of natural beauty and this week’s images show Newcastle, Castlewellan, Downpatrick, Killyleagh, Ardglass and Killough, all from an unusual angle.
