Churches to host their summer youth events

SPA and Magherahamlet Presbyterian Churches will shortly be holding their annual holiday and youth Bible week.

The Holiday Bible Club, for those aged P1-P6, will take place at the Arnold Hall, Spa, from Monday, July 28 until Friday, August 1st from 6.30-8.30pm. The theme this year is Treasure Island and children will be learning about God’s love through Bible stories, crafts, songs, games and drama.

The Youth Programme for those aged P7+ will be held at Magherahamlet Presbyterian Church from Tuesday, July 29 until Friday, August 1st from 7-9.15pm. Pete Waugh, a youth worker in Lisburn, will be the speaker on the Tuesday-Thursday evenings, and then on the Friday evening Youth For Christ’s Nomad 

Team will be bringing along their football cage.

All the activities are free but children need to be registered by an adult on their first evening of attendance.
